Terms and Conditions
Our pet boarding charge covers pet care for one full calendar day. The day the pet is dropped off and collected is charged in full.
A £30 non-refundable deposit per enclosure is payable at the time of booking. This is non-refundable if your booking is cancelled at any time. The remainder of the fee should be paid directly to us when you drop off your pet. I accept that no refund will be given should I arrive home before the due date of arrival.
If your pet is sick or injured in our care, we will contact you as soon as possible. However, you agree that we have the ultimate responsibility for deciding whether veterinary treatment is necessary and give us permission to see treatment without your specific consent should circumstances dictate. If we are unable to contact you, we will proceed with treatment according to the vets recommendation.
Where practical, your pet will be taken to your own vet if required, however you agree we have the ultimate responsibility for deciding which vet to use. If we need to take your pet to the vet while it is with us an additional fee of £10 is payable. You are always responsible for any veterinary fees incurred as a result of a vet visit.
If you need to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the accommodation to another guest on our waiting list.
Cancellations will need to be paid for according to our cancellation policy below.
Less than 2 days notice - 100% of the booking to be paid
Less than 2 weeks notice - 75% of the booking to be paid
More than 4 weeks notice - 50% of the booking to be paid
What we expect of you
If your pet is unwell, or has been unwell within the two weeks prior to the booking, or if it is in season you must tell us in advance of the booking to ensure we can provide appropriate care. We reserve the right to refuse to accept your pet if we consider that it is in the best interests of your pet or other animals in our care.
You must ensure your pet is up to date with vaccinations and flea and worm treatment for the duration of the time it is in our care. Whilst every care is taken to make your pets stay a safe, happy and enjoyable one, please note that pets are left at your own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for sickness, injury or loss through theft, or demise of the pet.
Arrival and Collection
As we provide a safe holiday in our own homes for your pets we have strict arrival and collection times. Please arrive on your agreed time on both arrival and collection. If for any reason you are going to be early or late please message us to let us know. We have alot of our time eaten up waiting on customers arriving and this is time we would rather use caring for your pet.
If you are more than 30 minutes late you will incur a £10 late fee.
